  • This package is ideal for self-employed non-incorporated individuals who need an alternative to excel worksheets.
  • * Must subscribe to QuickBooks Online and optional Receipt Bank or Hubdoc services.
  • ** Includes 50 posting transactions per month.
  • Monthly Bookkeeping completed by our bookkeeping team.
  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Includes preparation of your T1 personal tax return.

 

Gold Package:

  • This package is ideal for small or newly incorporated businesses.
  • * Must subscribe to QuickBooks Online and optional Receipt Bank or Hubdoc services.
  • ** Includes 100 posting transactions per month.
  • Monthly Bookkeeping completed by our bookkeeping team.
  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • GST / HST Filing.
  • Annual Financial Statements.
  • Annual T2 Corporate tax return preparation.

 

Platinum Package:

  • This package is ideal for growing incorporated businesses.
  • * Must subscribe to Quickbooks Online and optional Receipt Bank or Hubdoc services.
  • ** Includes 150 posting transactions per month.
  • Monthly Bookkeeping completed by our bookkeeping team.
  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • GST / HST Filing.
  • Foreign Currency Support.
  • Annual Financial Statements.
  • Annual T2 Corporate tax return preparation.
  • Annual Tax Planning.

 

Payroll Packages:

  • Monthly payroll process for up to 10 employees.
  • Preparation of annual T4 slips and summaries.
  • PD7A reporting to CRA.
  • Record of Employment (ROE) preparation for terminated employees.

 

* QuickBooks Online license is purchased through our discounted pricing program.  The annual fee is $240 / year payable in advance.  Optional Receipt Bank or Hubdoc is available through our discounted pricing program, pricing is dependent upon transaction volume.

** Each line on your bank statement and credit card statement count as one transaction. Package price subject to change dependent upon business transaction volume and circumstances.
